Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Glampetals, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible so that you receive your favorite organic products on time.

Delivery Timelines

• West Bengal: 3 working days (subject to product availability).

• Rest of India: 5–6 working days.

• International Deliveries: 7–14 working days (depending on destination and local customs clearance).

If a product is exceptionally out of stock, our team will inform you in advance.

Delivery Process

• Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

• If you require deliveries to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may authorize a representative to accept the order on your behalf.

• Our delivery partner may request proof of identity and a signature at the time of delivery.

• Refusal to sign the delivery slip may be treated as refusal to accept delivery.

• Please provide accurate address details (landmark, contact number, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery.

Delivery Charges

• Orders below ₹349: Delivery charge of ₹49.

• Orders above ₹349: Free Delivery (except for special cases).

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Handling fee of ₹18 applies. (Customers are encouraged to use prepaid options to avoid this fee).

• On select products, a nominal delivery fee of ₹99 may apply. These charges will always be shown clearly on the product page.

International Shipping & Customs

• All international orders are shipped from India via trusted courier partners like FedEx/DHL.

• International shipping costs vary depending on destination and order weight.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges levied by their country.

• Customs clearance paperwork, if required, must be completed by the customer. Failure to comply may result in delivery delays or return of goods, for which Glampetals will not be responsible.

• Refunds will not be possible in case of customs restrictions or non-compliance in the destination country.

Remote Area Deliveries

• For deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas, additional courier charges may apply.

• Remote area deliveries may take 10–15 business days depending on courier availability.

• If a shipment to a remote area is lost in transit, Glampetals cannot be held liable for refunds.

Important Notes

• Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation (for prepaid orders).

• In case of COD orders, non-confirmation or refusal of delivery may result in automatic order cancellation.

• Customers will receive an email and SMS/WhatsApp update with tracking details once the order is shipped.
