At Glampetals, we offer our customers an easy return policy, allowing you to raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery, regardless of location.
Please note:
Returns are not accepted if the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Returns are applicable only if you have received a Defective / Damaged / Wrong Product.
To process a return, customers must provide an unboxing video and product photos as proof.

Replacements are possible in the following cases:
If the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If the return request is approved after verification.

Unwanted or wrongly placed orders
Cases where the customer simply changes their mind after delivery

For approved returns (Defective / Damaged / Wrong Product), the return shipping cost will be borne by Glampetals.
The package will be scheduled for pickup within 2–4 business days from your location.
Once we receive the returned product, we can either:
Re-dispatch a replacement (delivery within 5–6 business days), or
Issue a refund (details below).
Once the returned product is received and inspected, our team will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
⚠️ Refunds are issued only for Defective / Damaged / Wrong Products.
Refund Timeline: 7–10 working days after approval.
Mode of Refund:
Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 4–10 working days.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued via NEFT bank transfer. Customers must share the following bank details:

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
We may cancel orders in the following situations:
Product is out of stock.
No response/confirmation for COD orders.
Shipping address not serviceable by our courier partners.
If a customer has refused or cancelled two or more previous orders, only prepaid orders will be accepted in the future.
Any unforeseen reason at the discretion of Glampetals.
In case of cancellation, customers will receive an email confirmation with the reason for cancellation.
